I am receiving this alert every day. Too many failed message tracking requests via task - Yellow (>3%) I have tested the following performance counter and found the value is 13 as per microsoft site Warning Threshold 3 Object Name MSExchange Message Tracking Counter Name Percentage of MessageTrackingReport operations (via task) completed with errors Please help on this issue reducing the counter value. Hi Maybe alert is the result of OWA/ECP client doing message tracking request that fails. You can check it with your users. Terence Yu TechNet Community Support

I am also experiencing daily alerts from Ops Manager about this, but having little luck identifying information to help troubleshoot. Did you find a solution?
